It’s been a bad week. I don’t have a lot of energy to vlog, but wanted to let you know that I’m thinking of you all (each and everyone of of my 7 viewers holds a special place in my heart). Irritation at Bush, Michael is building a lizard habitat…just a little chat from the driveway.
It’s been an interesting weekend. Michael and I saw V for Vendetta last night. It was excellent, as I expected. Talk about a wake-up call!
Today we were out doing some shopping and drove by the end of the Tulsa Peace Fellowship’s Peace March. I didn’t realize that there was a group from Tulsa marching or I would have been right there with them (in the very rainy, cold weather). Obviously they should have registered at Troops Out Now so we could have known! Now that I have the group’s name, I’ll keep up to date with their plans and try to join in when I can.
Michael is playing a new computer game that he bought today, which means I can blog and vlog without worry of being taunted. I’m trying to talk him into filming the Equality Ride event at ORU on Monday since I can’t take off time from work next week. I think it’s going to be a very interesting scene.
Alright, off to other things. Hopefully I can find some good podsafe music to add to my vlogs.

I’m pissed. The State Legislature of Oklahoma is intent on deciding how books are shelved in our libraries and who can access them. Watch as I vent about the situation and the response I received from my Representative.

Michael and I went to see Transamerica tonight. It was a great film! I’m glad that I was able to see it before the Oscars. Felicity Huffman does a great job playing a tranny. So much so that by the time that we see her with a penis, I don’t even think twice about it. It wasn’t until after the movie that I realized that the penis had to have been fake (or a stand in). I highly recommend the film. Of course, it wasn’t as good as Brokeback, but it was good in it’s own way.
In other news, we ordered a lawnmower tonight. We are such Lesbians.
