I’ve switched. I never thought it would happen, but I am now primarily Mac-based at home. I heart my new MacBook Pro!

Legal Challenges bring change to Oklahoma, less illegality to Georgia. Oklahoma’s Same-Sex adoption ban is overturned, Georgia’s Gay Marriage Amendment thrown out. Watch out for the Right Wing blitz.

I haven’t posted as much as I committed myself to when I started this thing. Life happens, and I guess I just overestimated my ability to make time to create content. That being said, I have a ton of ideas running through my head. Now I just have to make the time to bring those ideas to life.

There are several people close to me that are going through changes. Some are looking for new jobs. One is dealing with the trauma of accusation. One is preparing to go off to college to start a new direction. One is remodeling his home. One is struggling with alcoholism and depression. One’s life is right in front of him, ready for him to take on. One is glancing back over her shoulder and marveling at how life ends just as it begins.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be telling you about some of these people. I’ll tell you more about me. Maybe you’ll get to meet Michael for the first time. It’s all up in the air.  Stay tuned.  Let me gather my thoughts.  And then I’ll return you to your program, already in progress.

Gay Uncles.  Michael and I don’t have children, but we love our nieces and nephews.  Aunts and Uncles can make a big difference in the life of a kid (I’m living proof).

Protest. Michael and I went to Stillwater, OK to join in the protest during President Bush’s speech at Oklahoma State. I’m glad I was able to lend my voice to the cause.
