A little distraction from a trip to see Mom. The Annual Tulsa Regional Fly In was kicking off the day I decided to go take care of some family stuff with Mom. Who doesn’t like an air show that you take a tractor to and from?

As you can see from their logo below, it’s hard to navigate around the three buildings in Tulsa, the Teepee in the southern part of the state and the oil well near the panhandle.

In security and insecurity. Some video from the airport and some audio from the airwaves. The video was captured during a recent trip using a cheapo flash-based camcorder attached to my belt.

We are now a culture of fear, insecurity, and unease. We can blame this on the Media’s hype, the President’s lies, and the right wing agenda to scare the shit out of us to make us easier to control.

If you haven’t seen V for Vendetta, you must buy it and watch it NOW. This film shows us the Bush/Cheney future, a vision free of Gays, Lesbians, Muslims, Art, Literature, and Reason. It also shows us what can happen if one person makes a stand.
