[jf044] The PROTEST

Action is contagious. In a fit of spontaneous activism, I organized a protest in Tulsa, OK, on the night of the President’s address to the nation. After sending emails to friends and family, posting bulletins on MySpace and on justinfeed.com, word spread. We were joined by a diverse crowd of people, all united for peace.

An investment of 4 hours resulted in an action that was fulfilling, enlightening, and may just have made a little bit of a difference.

The incredible music included in this post is “Dance No. 2 (For Three Cellos & Three Dancers)” copyright 2006 by Alexander T. Stobbs, used here with his permission.

Special thanks to KOTV Channel 6 for use of their segment.

Great podcast, mate

*And* a TV interview… I tip my hat off to you, sir!

And, thank’s for using the music. I’m really pleased with the way it worked out with your podcast (I’ve been on the edge of my seat, wondering how you were going to use it - I’m glad you used it the way you did. It was cool!)

Happy new year!

Gay Expat: Thank you so much for the undeserved accolades! I hope you are feeling better and getting settled back into life in lovely Paris.

Xander: Thank you for letting me use the song in the podcast. One day, when you’re a famous composer, people will not believe me when I tell them I mixed your music and my video!
